Image Development, Inc (IDI) is a uniquely opportunistic development company founded by Nate Gardner and Chad Mariluch in the first quarter of 2006. Together they bring over 42 years of development experience in both Residential and Commercial projects. Nate and Chad have worked with small and large construction/development companies. They have a broad working knowledge of the entire land development process and the necessary vision to create a successful development project from Concept to finished product.
IDI's goal is to aggressively pursue under achieving projects which consist of significant inherit value and or equity. IDI will achieve this by either purchasing a project tremendously under market value or by purchasing a distressed property with substantial existing improvements, or through a combination of both.
IDI has committed to their investors, to bring only the best possible projects to the table. In addition to pursuing projects in prime locations, IDI will conduct extensive market research and analysis to ensure the best possible financial return for both IDI and their investors.
IDI is also very dedicated to the environment and the communities in which they build. IDI works closely with city and governing agencies, engineers, architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure community enhancement along with a minimal environmental impact.
